We are studying animals in Science this year. So every week we will be doing an art project to explore our knowledge about certain animals. Today we discussed birds and the artist Salvador Dali. Dali liked to paint in a dream like state so we made our birds "dreamy". However, all of them had to have the features we know that birds have. For example: beak, eyes, legs, webbed feet, feathers, wings. They also discussed the blending of red and yellow to make orange. I think they turned out great!!
